Neil Goluba was born and raised in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. He attended Colorado College and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics in 1995 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver in 1998. After law school, Neil returned to his hometown where he joined his father, Nick Goluba, in the practice of law. He enjoys being able to serve the community in which he grew up.
